北美小芳黄梅艺术团
北美小芳黄梅艺术团由陈小芳于2015年8月创办，并于2016年正式在美国新泽西州注册为501(c)(3)非营利艺术表演团体（EIN #: 81-4081511），是目前海外唯一具有规模和代表性的黄梅戏表演团体之一。陈小芳女士担任团长与艺术总监。
艺术团秉承“宣传中国文化，推广黄梅戏艺术”的宗旨，积极组织文艺演出、文化交流与艺术培训。十年多来，已培养学生近千人，广泛参与美国华人社区文化活动，并积极向主流社会介绍中华戏曲艺术，成为弘扬中华文化的桥梁和纽带。
主要事件：
1, 自2017至2024年连续举办《黃梅綻放 國韵芳香》黃梅戏专场公演
2, 2022年陈小芳发起首届国际黃梅戏推选活动
3, 2025年4月受安徽省艺术学院黄梅戏文化沙龙邀请，做为首期嘉宾作客进行文化交流
4, 2025年5月，艺术团受邀参加美国“亚裔文化月”活动

Xiaofang Huangmei Arts Academy
In August 2015, Ms. Chen founded the Xiaofang Huangmei Arts Academy, officiallyregistered in New Jersey as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization in 2016 (EIN: 81-4081511). She currently serves as the Artistic Director and President. The academy is dedicated to promoting Chinese culture and spreading the art of Huangmei Opera. Over the past eight years, it has trained nearly 1,000 students and has actively participated in Chinese community events and cross-cultural exchange programs in the U.S.
Major Events:
1, "Huangmei Opera in Bloom, Aromatic Chinese Fragrance" Huangmei Opera performanceswere held continuously from 2017 to 2024.
2, Chen Xiaofang launched the first international Huangmei Opera selection campaign in 2022
3, In April 2025, it was invited by the Anhui Art Institute Huangmei Opera Cultural Salon as the first guest to participate in cultural exchanges.
4, In May 2025, the art troupe was invited to participate in the "Asian Cultural Month" event in the United States.

陈小芳简介
陈小芳，著名黄梅戏表演艺术家，师承“严派”，曾为安徽省黄梅戏剧院著名演员。1999年移居美国新泽西州，曾担任中国青年联合会委员，是活跃于黄梅戏舞台与影视界的重要人物。在舞台剧方面，她曾主演《天仙配》中的“七仙女”、《柯老二入党》中的“二嫂”等经典剧目，尤以“七仙女”一角蜚声艺坛，被誉为“小严凤英”“第二代七仙女”。在影视方面，陈小芳主演黄梅戏电影《母老虎上轿》和电视剧《赊官》，广受欢迎。
曾获多项荣誉包括：
● 中国首届黄梅戏演员广播大奖赛、全国黄梅戏电视大奖赛“双十佳演员”称号
● 中国文化部“尖子演员”荣誉称号
● 中国电视剧“金鹰奖”最佳女主角提名
● 安徽省戏曲青年演员比赛一等奖
● 美国新泽西州文化历史艺术委员会颁发的民间艺术传承奖励（2017、2018、2020、2021年）
她的艺术成就多次受到**《人民日报》海外版**、中国新闻社及中国驻纽约总领馆专题报道。
媒体与专访方面，2011年应邀做客央视《燕升访谈》，并担任央视《寻找七仙女》颁奖嘉宾。同年在安徽大戏院成功举办个人专场演出《魂梦依旧·情深如许》。2018年，安徽广播电视台为她制作专辑，并在《相约花戏楼》栏目中播出；同年，她受邀美国中文电视台，做客《纽约会客室》名人访谈节目。
Xiaofang Chen
A brief Introductions
Xiaofang Chen is a celebrated Huangmei Opera artist, trained in the prestigious "Yan School" style. Formerly a leading performer at the Anhui Huangmei Opera Theater, she relocated to New Jersey, USA in 1999. She is a former member of the All-China Youth Federation and has played a pivotal role in the development of Huangmei Opera both in China and abroad.
Artistic Achievements
Ms. Chen has starred in many classic stage productions, most notably as the Seventh Fairy in The Heavenly Match (Tian Xian Pei) and as the Second Sister-in-Law in Ke Lao’er Joins the Party. Her performance as the Seventh Fairy earned her the titles "Little Yan Fengying" and "Second Generation Seventh Fairy". She has also starred in acclaimed Huangmei Opera films and TV series such as:
● The Tigress Bride (Mu Lao Hu Shang Jiao)
● The Pawned Officer (She Guan)
Honors and Awards
● "Top Ten Actor" titles from both the First National Huangmei Opera Radio Contest and the National Huangmei Opera TV Awards
● Honorary title of “Outstanding Young Artist” by the Ministry of Culture of China
● Best Actress nomination at the Golden Eagle Awards (China Television)
● First Prize, Anhui Provincial Youth Opera Competition● Recipient of the Folk Art Heritage Award by the New Jersey State Council on the Arts (2017, 2018, 2020, 2021)
Her artistic contributions have been featured in People’s Daily Overseas Edition, China News Service, and official programs by the Chinese Consulate General in New York.
In 2011, Ms. Chen was interviewed on CCTV’s "Yan Sheng Talk Show" and appeared as a guest presenter on CCTV’s "Searching for the Seventh Fairy" awards ceremony. She also held a successful solo concert titled Dreams Remain, Love Endures at Anhui Grand Theatre.
In 2018, she was profiled in a special performance program on Anhui TV's “Xiang Yue Hua Xi Lou”, and featured on SinoVision TV New York in the show The New York Guest Room.
About the Organization
由她创办的北美小芳黄梅艺术团（Xiaofang Huangmei Arts Academy ) 成立于2015年8月，是在美国新泽西州州政府正式注册的、海外唯一的、具有规模和代表性的501c（3）非营利黄梅戏艺术表演团体。艺术团团长、艺术总监为中国黄梅戏表演艺术家陈小芳女士。 小芳黄梅艺术团以“宣传中国文化，推广黄梅戏艺术”为建团宗旨，组织各种文艺演出和文化交流活动，举办艺术培训班，五年时间里培训了一百多名学生，积极参加侨社文化生活，并不遗余力地向主流社会民众介绍中华文化，为中华文化海外传承和弘扬做贡献。用黄梅戏曲及其它艺术形式，努力打造海外华人社团的新形象，新功能和新作用。
以“黄梅绽放 国韵芳香”为艺术品牌的北美小芳黄梅艺术团，用日臻的作品不殆的热情活跃在纽约、新泽西及宾州三州的各种舞台上， 把传播中华文化，推广黄梅艺术的概念宗旨用一个又一个精彩的作品呈现给大众，建团五年来主办和承办了七场以“黄梅绽放 国韵芳香”为主题的大型专场文艺演出。 同时为社区及主流社会提供了近九十个场次高质量的公益演出，艺术团受邀为美国博物馆，大学，交通局 ，退伍军人中心，商业局，老人公寓等地演出， 将中华文化及中国艺术全面介绍推广给英语观众。 随着中国的日益强大，华人华侨在美国的影响也需要日益提高。北美小芳艺术团将以艺术为钥匙，以中国元素为基石，去努力的开启主流社会的各扇大门，为民间文化交流添砖加瓦。《黄梅绽放，国韵芳香》是艺术团艺术品牌，我们会年年推出特色内容的演出，坚持不懈的义务宣传中国文化，持之以恒的推广中国艺术。
Xiaofang Huangmei Arts Academy 501c(3) is a non-profit that represents a unique Huangmei Opera performance troupe in North America.
In recent years, the troupe has actively participated in various activities of the community with the purpose of promoting Huangmei Opera art and Chinese traditional culture and has strived to enrich cultural diversity in mainstream society. So far, the troupe has presented more than 90 shows for the community and has been invited to perform in multi-ethnic cultural events many times, namely, United Nations Chinese New Year Gala, Asian Pacific Heritage Month, Moon Festival of New York University, Asian Culture Festival, Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, New York City.
In February 2017, March 2018, and October 2019, the troupe presented three remarkable shows themed "Huangmei Opera, Qipao Fashion” and “Huangmei Blooming, Rhyme Charming” at Crossroads Theatre, Rutgers Nicholas Music Center, and Middlesex County College Performing Arts Center in New Jersey. Invited by Wheaton Arts and Cultural Center, the troupe presented this special theme again on October 27, 2018 and gave their audience an excursion into the profoundly fascinating world of Huangmei Opera and traditional Chinese arts across languages and cultures.
Adhering to the philosophy of maintaining tradition and innovation, Ms. Xiaofang Chen and her troupe promise to showcase their art every year, and consistently promote Chinese arts and culture.
